When the Leader goes, what happens?

Steve Jobbs announced yesterday that he was taking a leave of absence from Apple for health reasons. Each and every one of us have a connection with Steve Jobs- the phone resting n your pocket to the beautiful mac on your kitchen table are testament to that mans vision.
Here is the interesting thing. Apple’s Frankfurt traded shares were down 4.5pc after the news. You see when the leader is a great one and leaves- confidence in the team can be rocked.
