Walking on broken glass…

Yesterday I walked on broken glass as part of a business development seminar….200 broken wine bottles…is it the hardest thing I have every done…nearly. A huge thanks to Brian Moore of Peak Potential who facilitated the event.

The key to getting through it…
Focus, on each step, do not think too far ahead or you will stand on a lethal piece.
Confidence, I can, yes I can.
Overcome the fear- tell yourself you can and break through the fear
A bit like life really.
