The same day an Irish government budget of slimfast proportions is released Bank of Ireland ATM’s experience a technical fault and give people money they did not have in their accounts. The above picture shows one ATM I passed where people leterally cued to get the money that the ATM’s were inadvertently giving out.

Rest assured it will want it back. But for a few hours people all over Dublin ran to their local ATM and withdrew with gusto. For those ebrief moments they had fought the law and won.
