Tony Griffin Foundation

Tony Griffin with Lance Armstrong

The Tony Griffin Foundation (TGF)

The TGF was born in 2007 and has since, along with its’ off-shoot Give to Live, went on to raise over a €1 million. With the help of great people and high profile supporters like Lance Armstrong and Bernard Dunne we literally overcame mountains. Again a lot of learning and a lot of confirmation that if you are willing to dream big and pursue it with determination….and patience…then so much you thought impossible is possible.

Tony Griffin on day one of the 7000km Ride for the Cure

The 7000km Ride for the Cure raised approximately €450,700 in 2007. We chose to support Livestrong and their cancer research program, Ovarian Cancer Society and the Irish Cancer Society in Ireland. We also supported Cahercalla Hospice in Ireland. This facility took great care of my father during his last days. Many other smaller groups and hospices doing great work benefited from our many fundraising efforts.
