Denis Ryan may just have a point

December 11th, 2010 by Tony Griffin

Denis Ryan is one of Canada’s most successful Irishmen. A renowned traditional musician he traveled to Canada many years ago and went on to be a very successful businessman. He is a passionate Irish man and his love for Irish music and culture is the reason he and his family come home many times a year. He is a good friend and I have always enjoyed meeting him.

And as you can see here he is very very frustrated. Sometimes those people that leave their homeland come to see their homeland more clearly- more objectively. While I would not necessarily agree with the way Denis makes his point, I admire his passion, his zeal.

Perhaps we can learn something from his passion.
